1. SHIPPING POLICY:

  • Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be managed from the next business day.

  • All orders are carefully prepared in our workshop, so they must arrive in perfect condition. If, on the contrary, this is not the case, please contact us by whatsapp at +34 660 43 40 60 and we will give you a solution.

  • Important: Due to the saturation of the courier companies during the time of Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday and Christmas, it is possible that some shipments suffer delays in delivery. 2. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

NOTES:

  • The maximum term to request an exchange or return is 30 calendar days from the date the order is received

  • No changes or returns of products from the "OFFERS" section or in launch promotion will be accepted.

  • It is essential that the products subject to an exchange or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise the exchange or return will not be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that returned products are in perfect condition. We suggest using the original box or bag in which the order was received.

  • The associated costs are paid by the buyer, such as cash on delivery, which is optional.

CHANGES:

  • Send an e-mail to support@mariayjesus.com with the order number, the reason for the change and the contact information.
  • Management cost : € 10 | It includes the delivery of the new product and the collection of the product to be exchanged.

Changes of orders outside the Peninsula or International :

Once the change has been confirmed by email at support@mariayjesus.com , the customer must send the product to our workshop on their own. Upon receipt, you will be provided with a voucher for the value of the product and you can place the order again.

RETURNS

  • Send an e-mail to support@mariayjesus.com with the order number, the reason for the return and the contact information.

  • We offer 2 options for national returns to the Peninsula:

    1. Home collection. Management cost : € 7.90 | It will be subtracted from the amount to be reimbursed.
    2. Send the package on your own to our workshop once the return has been confirmed by email.

Returns of orders outside the Peninsula or International :

Once the return has been confirmed by email at support@mariayjesus.com , the customer must send the product to be returned to our workshop on their own.

  • In all cases, once the returned product has been received in our workshop in perfect condition, we will make the refund in the same way in which the payment was made and you will be notified by email with the confirmation.
