How long does shipping take, and is it free?
FREE SHIPPING on orders over €59.95 in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal.

Shipping costs €5.95 for orders under €59.95.

The delivery time is 24–48 hours and 2–3 weeks for custom orders. We also ship to the Canary Islands via GUANXE or SYINVA and offer international shipping via DHL (customs fees may apply).

Do you ship to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, or outside Spain?

Yes, of course! We ship to the Balearic Islands (Free Shipping), the Canary Islands via GUANXE (message us on WhatsApp), and throughout Europe.

Do you ship to Italy, France, or Europe in general? . Italy Offer: €8.99 for silicone dolls. Yes, of course! We ship to Italy, France, and the rest of Europe via FedEx. 💸 Returns and exchanges

Can I return it if I don’t like it?
You have 14 days to return items (excluding custom orders). If the product arrives damaged, we will replace it.

What if I want to return my product?
We accept returns within 14 days. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, with no signs of use. If the product is damaged or not what you ordered, we will collect it and send you a replacement free of charge.

How do I return the product?
Contact us via WhatsApp or Live Chat, and we will collect it from your home (express collection fee: €14.95).

What if it arrives defective due to shipping?

What is a platinum silicone reborn baby?
It is a handcrafted reborn baby of the highest quality, soft, flexible, and with a hyperrealistic feel.

Why are silicone babies so expensive?
Because of the quality and price of the materials (platinum silicone, paint, hair, eyes, etc.) and the artistic and manual work involved in creating each piece.

Why do hairless silicone dolls have a circle on their head?
This is normal; it is the point where the silicone is injected. It is not a defect.

How long does it take you to make a silicone baby?
If one is in stock, it is available immediately within 24–48 hours. If it needs to be made, as is often the case with silicone dolls, it takes 2–3 weeks.

How do I order my silicone baby?
You can do so on our website by paying a €100 deposit or the full amount, whichever you prefer.

Can silicone babies drink and pee?
Some models have a liquid system and can wet their diaper after taking a bottle. These models are Pedro 495, Carmen 495, Lucia 309.95€, Adriana 339€, and Miel 359€.

Where do you make the dolls?
We design and produce them in workshops in Madrid and Alicante. Being a Made in Spain product sets us apart from many competitors.

Are the kits and sculptures authentic?
Yes. The kits and sculptures are something that sets us apart from the competition. MADE IN SPAIN.

Do the babies come with accessories?
You will always receive your reborn with the accessories shown on the product page, in the videos, and in the photos. If you want to see more videos, click the WhatsApp button and we will show them to you.

Are your reborn babies safe for children?
Yes, they are made from CE/CPC-certified silicone, free from BPA and phthalates—which is super IMPORTANT.

What is the difference between vinyl and silicone?
Vinyl is a rubber material that has nothing to do with silicone. It is more rigid, easier to care for, and durable.

Silicone is a flexible material that always provides a more realistic feel and texture and is much more complex to make, which is why its price is higher—not only because of the materials but also because of the time required to make it.

Do reborn babies require special care?
Yes, and we explain it in a video on WhatsApp, on the homepage, and in the specific care section with María Jesús.

What is the most important care?
Caring for the hair on silicone dolls is undoubtedly their most important and delicate care.

It is also very important to avoid excessive FRICTION so that the paint is not damaged and to hold your reborn baby as if it were a real baby.

Can I put earrings on it?
Yes, although due to safety regulations we do not put them on the smallest ones, you can easily do so at any pharmacy or on your own, as many of our customers do. We are not responsible if you do not do it correctly, which is why it is sometimes better to be safe, as it is a product that requires a considerable outlay.

Can I bathe my baby?
Yes, silicone babies can actually be submerged. Vinyl babies (€99.75) have a bathing system that allows us to seal their limbs so they can be bathed up to their chest.

Do you repair my reborn baby?
No, we do not offer this service, as indicated in the care instructions and our policies, because the result is not optimal. That is why we prefer not to do it, as it does not meet our quality standards.
